We have successfully taken reimaged fast casual concepts and transformed that design into a modular building. It has continually been a hit! The success is largely due to site and factory construction working simultaneously saving you an average of 40% scheduled down time! Less down time equals more revenue!

Further, our budget (and ultimately yours!) is not hurt by high local subcontractors as most of our construction work is completed in our manufacturing facility conveniently located in northern Georgia.
